Formal events

The Guide makes reference to 4 events in Scrum and in a different part to 5 events (if we take into account the containing event which is the Sprint). Should I choose 4 or 5 events then in case the question is “How many formal events does the Scrum framework include?” Thank you

in the guide we define : Scrum prescribes four formal events for inspection and adaptation

So 4 of the events are for the purpuse of inspect and adapt. The fifth is a container for all of those 4.
